Alex is Certified General Appraiser licensed to appraise any type of real property regardless of the complexity of the assignment or dollar value of the real estate being appraised. Alex retired as branch manager of all construction operations in Monterey and San Benito counties in 1992 but continues to be a licensed General Engineering, General Building Contractor and Real Estate Appraiser. He has been classified by the court as an expert witness on more than one occasion in matters of general engineering construction and general building construction. Patrick holds a degree in City Planning from San Diego State University where he helped build and lead the Real Estate Society of SDSU (RES) and was recognized as the outstanding student of the year from the college of business. His professional affiliations include being a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the American Planning Association (APA) and the San Diego (SDAR), California (CAR) and National Association (NAR) of REALTORS®.
